The modular DIGITUS® CAT 5 KVM switch offers a wide range of individual configuration options so that the console can be customised to the area of application. This makes the console cost-effective and allows it to be upgraded or converted with additional modules at any time. The flexible configuration guarantees that the console is highly future-proof. The modular CAT 5 KVM switch offers the connection of up to 16 servers via USB or PS/2 as well as VGA via CAT 5 adapter with a range of up to 60 metres. The DIGITUS® 17 or 19 modular console, keyboard and the corresponding CAT 5 adapter are required for operation. The high-quality CAT 5 KVM switch modules with IP function (optional) are ideal for use in small to medium-sized server rooms where administrator access must be guaranteed at all times from any location. They offer direct connection from a local console or with the optional IP module via an existing Internet connection with a browser. The accessories are available in a wide range of variants.
