The DIGITUS USB Type-C <=> DisplayPort Bi-Directional Adapter Cable supports transmission from a USB Type-C source to a DisplayPort interface. It also supports transmission from a DisplayPort source to a USB Type-C interface. For example, you can connect your notebook (equipped with USB Type-C) to your monitor, TV or projector (DisplayPort interface) or connect your PC (DisplayPort output) with a monitor (USB Type-C interface). Power supply is provided via the USB port, so no external power source is required. The Bi-Directional Adapter Cable supports UHD resolutions up to 8K @ 30Hz. /4K @ 144 Hz. / 2K @ 165 Hz. This guarantees that the next gaming sessions and home cinema experiences will be displayed in high resolutions. When used with Mac devices, the cable supports mirroring or extension mode and when used with Windows devices it supports duplication or extension mode.
